Child Safety Standards

Dorandoran (도란도란), operated by ainotech Inc., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the whole Dorandoran service, including profiles, Discover, Doran posts, private messages and photos.

1. Who can use Dorandoran

Dorandoran is only for people aged 19 or older. We verify adult status as required by law and restrict accounts that are not verified.

2. What is prohibited

• Uploading, sending, sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, synthetic and computer-generated imagery.
• Contacting or luring a minor for sexual purposes (grooming).
• Threatening or coercing a minor using real or claimed intimate images (sextortion).
• Arranging, soliciting or advertising sexual services involving a minor.
• Text or images that sexualize a minor.
• Any other conduct that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child.

3. How to report

• In the app: tap Report on a profile, the Discover list, a Doran post or a chat and choose a reason. The other person is not told who reported them.
• In the app: More > Report & get help or More > Contact us.
• Outside the app: contact@ainotech.kr
• If a child is in immediate danger, call the police (112 in Korea). You can also report to the Korean National Police Agency cybercrime portal (ecrm.police.go.kr).

4. What we do

• When we learn of CSAM or child sexual exploitation through a report or our own review, we hide the posts and reject the photos involved so that other users cannot see them.
• We suspend or terminate the accounts involved without prior notice.
• We report confirmed CSAM to the Korean National Police Agency or another competent authority as required by applicable law.
• Profile photos and Doran post photos are shown to other users only after our review (an automated check or a human review).

5. Legal compliance

We comply with the child protection laws of the Republic of Korea.
